“ After coming to stay at the Cenit Hotel for the last 15+ yrs we have always love the Cenit pool. It was recently (approx 5 yrs ago I think) was renovated and changed ownership with the result being a much more upmarket offering. Firstly the view is unrivalled - panoramic view overlooking Figueretas beach - watching the planes come into land and the occasional super yacht anchoring just off the coast. The area is small but inclusive with a friendly crowd, and cool friendly vibe (much more than most of the beach clubs here in Ibiza - who also demand large minimum spends). The staff are very friendly efficient - working hard to deliver drinks and food quickly. Drinks are great and the food is delicious - is it expensive?! Depends on budgets and relativity - yes a little - but this is ibiza and compared to the beach clubs it’s VERY inexpensive, with great service and a great offering. Would recommend arriving early to secure a bed or after 5/6pm after people have left for the day. ”

“ An absolutely cracking spot. This pool is attached to Hotel Cenit so if you're a guest there, you're a guest here. The pool / bar appears to be leased out so is under different management, but again, if you're a guest of Hotel Cenit, you have full use of the facilities. The staff are top notch - extremely attentive without pushing you to purchase. I do note that some reviews say non guests have a minimum spend of €50 per person which is reasonable to keep the freeloaders out... nothing worse than arriving as a guest of an establishment to see that all the loungers are full. We stayed Apr 18/19/20 and the pool never seemed busy - always loungers available, however this is opening week and no doubt in the summer the place is packed. The price of food / drink is not any more expensive than on the street in Ibiza town... a 1l jug of Sangria is €25, a beef Nachos (enough for a snack for 2) is €13.... very reasonable considering the surroundings. The music flows in the background nicely... may not suit a retired couple trying to get away from it all, but this is Ibiza! Again, a 5* shout out to the staff, really attentive.. the manager was running around making sure that everyone was OK for umbrellas / picking up any napkins etc. that fell on the floor.... really making sure the place was looking its best and the staff were never more than a few seconds away when you wanted them, but did not bother you if you did not want to be bothered. We did not want to leave on our departure day, this really made our hotel stay most enjoyable. ”
